RHUBARB CRUNCH | |
4 c. cut rhubarb 3/4 c. sugar 1 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1 lg. egg, beaten Mix rhubarb, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour. Place in baking dish and dot with butter. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over rhubarb. Shake to settle crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. |
