RHUBARB BUTTER CRUNCH | |
3-4 c. diced rhubarb 1 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. rolled oats 1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. shortening Combine first 3 ingredients - rhubarb, sugar and flour. Place in greased 8x8 pan. Mix remaining ingredients, press over first layer. Bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees. |
