Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Sprinkle in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan:

1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix 1 box of German Chocolate Cake Mix according to directions on box. Pour over nut and coconut mixture. On low temperature melt 1 stick butter and 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese. Add 1 box of powdered sugar. Mix all together and pour over cake mix.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
