Spread 1 cup chopped pecans and 1 cup coconut in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

Mix 1 box German chocolate cake mix as directed on box. Spread over nuts and coconut.

Cream 1 stick soft butter and 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, 1 box powdered sugar. Pour over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes
