DRUNKEN CHINOOK 
1 salmon (14-16")
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 oz. (1 shot) tequila
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
Dash of salt
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
Black pepper

Mix together and baste salmon.

Wrap salmon with sauce in foil and barbeque until flaky. Serve with fresh vegetables and crusty sour dough.
