4 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 heaping tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, spices and flour. Beat. Add milk. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate.

Bake in oven at 370°F for 30 minutes. Test with knife inserted in center comes out clean.
