B.B.Q. STYLE MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Hunt's tomato puree
1/3 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Lightly mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup tomato puree. Shape into loaf in loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Drain fat. Combine remaining tomato puree with rest of ingredients. Pour over loaf, bake 45 minutes longer, basting occasionally. Makes 4-6 servings.
