BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. dried onions
1 large can chicken broth
1 box chopped broccoli, thawed
8 oz. egg noodles
6 c. milk
1-1/2 lb. Velveeta Cheese, cubed

Sauté onion in oil, add chicken broth and broccoli; cook 5 minutes. Add noodles, cook 4 minutes. Stir in milk and cheese until melted.
