BROCCOLI AND CHEESE SOUP 
1 bunch fresh broccoli
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. onion, chopped
6 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. salt
6 c. water
8 oz. pkg. angel hair noodles
6 c. milk
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese

Cook broccoli. Sauté onions in butter. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water. Bring water to a boil. Cook noodles. Cube cheese and melt with 2 cups milk. Add remaining milk. Combine milk mixture, broccoli, and onions with the noodles. Season to taste with garlic powder. To thin, add extra milk or water.
