BROCCOLI NOODLE SOUP 
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 chopped onion
6 c. water
6 chicken bouillon cubes
4 c. cooked noodles
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
6 c. milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Saute onion in butter. Add water, bouillon cubes, salt and pepper, broccoli and garlic. Simmer until broccoli is done. Add cooked noodles and milk. Heat until milk is warm, but not boiling. Add cheese in chunks. Stir until melted and blended. (Fresh broccoli may be used.)
