BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
1 lb. hot sausage
4 eggs
3/4 c. milk
2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
6 strips bacon, chopped

Brown sausage and bacon. Press rolls into bottom of 9 by 13 pan to make crust. Pour sausage mixture into shell. Mix eggs and milk. Pour over sausage mixture. Top with cheeses. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes, until set and brown on top.
