SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 (8 count) pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
1/2 doz. eggs, scrambled
1/2 c. (or to taste) shredded Cheddar cheese

You will need an 8-inch square baking pan. Take half of the crescent rolls (4 triangles) and put in the bottom of the baking pan as the bottom crust. Put a layer of sausage (already browned and drained) on top of the crescent roll layer. Add a layer of the scrambled eggs. Add some of the cheese and add another layer with the remainder of the sausage, eggs and cheese. Top with the remaining 4 crescent rolls (as the top crust). They probably won't cover the whole pan but stretch them as far as you can. Bake at 350°F for about 15 to 20 minutes. You know it is done when the top crust is brown.
