EASY BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 1/2 lbs. sausage
3/4 c. milk
Salt and pepper

Cook sausage in pan until browned and crumbled. Drain well. Line a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan with crescent roll dough. Put sausage on dough, then sprinkle with cheese. Combine other ingredients and pour over mixture in pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes, cut into squares for serving.
