BETTY'S BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 crescent rolls
1 lb. sausage, brown and drain
1 c. shaved ham or chopped ham
2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Press rolls in bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan sealing edges together. Layer ham, cooked sausage crumbled over rolls, and cheese. Combine milk, eggs, salt and pepper and beat together. Pour over other ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until set and brown on top. Makes a great Sunday brunch with fruit and muffins.

My sister makes this regularly, but instead of mozzarella she uses cheddar. And most importantly, combine milk, eggs salt and pepper and soft fry. If you add uncooked eggs, it takes additional 15 minutes for them to set up and not be a runny, mess.
