SUGARLESS HOLIDAY DATE NUT

1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped prunes
1 c. water
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
3 tbsp. frozen unsweetened apple juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans

Simmer fruits in water for 5 minutes. Stir in butter; cool mixture. Mix remaining ingredients together. Stir in cooled fruit mixture. Press into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Cut into 2 inch squares.
