HOLIDAY JELLO SQUARES | |
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. Jello (1 red - 1 green) 1 pkg. plain gelatin 1/2 pt. heavy cream 1 pt. sour cream 1/2 c. sugar Dissolve Jello in 1 1/4 cups water and refrigerate until firm. Dissolve plain gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Bring heavy cream to a boil and fold into plain gelatin. Add sugar and sour cream. Put that mixture on set Jello and repeat first step with other Jello. After cooled add to the two layers and chill until firm. (Use 9x13 glass dish.) |
