CHRISTMAS JELLO SQUARES 
4 c. hot water (not boiling)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. green Jello
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. red Jello
1 c. heavy cream
1 1/2 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. sugar

Dissolve red Jello in 2 cups hot water and pour into 13"x9" dish. Chill for half an hour. boil heavy cream, remove from heat. Dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water and mix with boiled cream, sour cream, vanilla and sugar. Pour this mixture on top of the red Jello and chill for half an hour. Dissolve green Jello in 2 cups hot water and pour over cream mixture. Chill until firm. Cut into squares and put into tiny cupcake holders with cut side up so that the layers will show. Each layer must be set before adding another.
