CHRISTMAS FUDGE | |
4 c. sugar 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk 1 stick real butter 1 (12 oz.) chocolate chips 2 1/2 lbs. Hershey's candy bars, broken into pieces 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme 1 (1 oz.) square bitter chocolate 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. walnuts (opt.) In a 5 quart kettle, stir together, sugar, milk and butter. Boil and stir 4 minutes, remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, candy bars and bitter chocolate. Beat all this well then add marshmallow creme, vanilla, salt and walnuts. Beat well again. Pour into buttered 9"x13" pan. Makes a large batch of the best every fudge. |
