1 box Magic Frosting Sugar
1 c. chocolate chips
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
1/2 c. nuts, optional

Melt chips and butter. Add milk and sugar. Stir until very smooth. Mix in n uts. Spread in 9x9x2 pan. Chill in refrigerator.
