CALIFORNIA WHITE CHOCOLATE
CHRISTMAS FUDGE
 
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. (sm. carton) sour cream
1/2 c. butter
12 oz. pkg. white chocolate (sm. pieces)
7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. chopped dried apricots

Combine sugar, cream and butter in heavy sauce pan; bring to full boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 7 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate then add remaining ingredients. Beat until blended. Pour into well greased pan. Cool completely. Cut into squares. Makes 2 1/2 pounds.
