1 lb. ground beef
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sour cream
1/3 c. green onions, chopped
2 or 3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. melted butter
12 oz. thick, flat noodles, cooked and drained

Cook the ground beef until browned. Stir in the tomato sauce. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, and green pepper. In a 2 quart casserole, spread half the noodles. Cover with cheese mixture, then cover with the rest of the noodles. Pour on the melted butter. Cover with beet-tomato mixture and bake, uncovered, in a 375 degrees oven for 30 minutes. Will serve as many as you can.
