1 c. rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 pt. heavy cream (whipped)
1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. bottle of maraschino cherries and some juice

Cook rice with salt until done. Add pineapple. Add whipped cream; add sugar. Dice the cherries; mix and chill.
