SPINACH-ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
1 lg. can artichokes
1 tbsp. flour
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp. for topping
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook spinach as directed, drain. Saute onion in butter. Mix all ingredients and pour into casserole dish.

Sprinkle top with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
