SPINACH & ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
1 sm. onion, chopped
14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cut in sm. pieces
Salt to taste
Parmesan cheese

Saute onion. Cook and drain frozen spinach. Mix all ingredients in 2 quart greased casserole. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes. Serves 8.
