CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD 
1 head cabbage, shredded
1/2 c. slivered almonds (broil until browned)
1/2 c. unsalted sunflower seeds
1 pkg. original flavor top ramen noodles
6 green onions, chopped finely

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
6 tbsp. rice vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Seasoning packet from noodles

Makes 8-10 servings.
