SARAH'S HEALTHY SHAKE 
I have this for breakfast. Most kids find this delicious!

1 medium/large banana
10 frozen strawberries
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple (with juice)
1/2 (12 oz.) pkg. tofu (optional)
3/4 cup orange juice
3/4 cup milk

Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Tofu can be omitted, but is good for protein.

Note: If the smoothie is not blending, you can add additional milk or orange juice, to your taste.

Tastes even better with a dollop of whipped cream on top!
