PEANUT BUTTER CARAMEL PROTEIN
SHAKE
 
I like to add the ingredients in stages to get a better blend.

6 eggs
5 tbsp. caramel sauce (Smucker's)
3 tbsp. evaporated milk
3 tbsp. peanut butter (chunky or creamy)
4 cups milk

1. Add 3 eggs and all the milk to the blender and mix.

2. Add 3 tablespoons of caramel and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and mix.

3. Add 3 tablespoons of evaporated milk and 1 tablespoon of caramel and mix.

4. Add 3 eggs and 1 tablespoon of caramel and mix.

5. Add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and mix.

Voila! A natural healthy protein shake.
