CARAMEL PEANUT BUTTER CAKE 
1 box chocolate cake mix
32 oz. pkg. caramels
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. chocolate cake icing
1 can Eagle Brand milk
8 1/2 x 11 1/2 inch cake pan

Mix cake mix. Pour in half of mix in pan. cook 15 minutes at 350 degrees. In saucepan, melt caramels, Eagle Brand milk, peanut butter until all caramels are melted.

Take cake out of oven. Pour caramel mixture over cake. Spread out. Pour rest of remaining cake batter on top and cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool and ice.
