HERB BAKED CHICKEN IN WINE 
3 broilers or fryers, cut into eighths
1 1/2 c. white wine
1 tsp. each salt, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, paprika, parsley, rosemary, tarragon, thyme
1/4 lb. butter
2 lemons, sliced

Place chicken, skin side up, in large roasting pan. Pour wine over chicken. Combine seasonings and sprinkle over chicken. Dot with butter. Distribute lemon slices over top. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for about 1 1/4 hours. Serves 8.
