WINE BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushrooms
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 clove garlic minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Dry white wine to cover chicken
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Marinate chicken and mushrooms in wine 4-8 hours. Remove chicken from wine. Mix remaining ingredients in wine and add chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or nuke chicken in microwave for 5 minutes and bake for 25 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
