BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS IN WINE 
3 lg. breasts, boned, skinned, and halved
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 clove minced garlic
4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Mix wine and garlic. Add chicken and marinate at least 1 hour. Place in greased baking dish and pour on marinade. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until tender. Serve with rice.
