BAKED CHICKEN IN WHITE WINE 
1/2 c. purpose flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 whole chicken breasts (About 10 ounces each, Split and skinned)
1 1/2 c. dry white wine
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. drained capers

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine flour with seasoning. Dredge chicken in flour mixture. Arrange chicken breasts in baking dish and pour wine over. Dot with butter and sprinkle with capers. Cover with foil. Bake 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 325 degrees and continue baking until chicken is cooked through, about 1 hour.
