DOTTIES SAUSAGE `N CHEESE BAKE 
1 lb. sausage
6 slices cheese (your choice)
1 egg
2 c. Bisquick
2 c. milk

Crumble sausage and fry; drain. Mix 1 cup milk and 1 cup Bisquick. Pour into greased 9 inch pan. Place cooked sausage on top. Beat egg. Pour over sausage. Place cheese slices on top of that. Mix remaining 1 cup milk and 1 cup Bisquick. Pour over top of cheese. Smooth over top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
