CHEESY SPAGHETTI BAKE 
1 lb. hamburger or sausage
2 c. (15 oz. can) tomato sauce
1 3/4 c. water
1 pkg. (1 1/2 oz.) spaghetti sauce mix
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. nonfat dry milk plus water to make 1 3/4 c. liquid milk
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded process American cheese
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown hamburger or sausage in medium saucepan. Drain off fat. Add tomato sauce, water and spaghetti sauce mix. Boil gently uncovered 30 minutes, stirring often.

Break spaghetti into thirds. Cook spaghetti according to label directions. Drain and rinse.

Melt butter in medium saucepan. Stir in flour. Gradually stir in liquid milk. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly, until mixture just comes to a boil and thickens. Add 3/4 cup American cheese and Parmesan cheese. Cook until cheese melts.

Layer 13x9x2 dish as follows: 1/2 spaghetti, 1/2 tomato sauce, cheese sauce, remaining spaghetti; add remaining tomato sauce. Top with 1/4 cup American cheese. Bake 350 degrees 20-25 minutes.
