RED CABBAGE TOSS 
3 c. finely shredded red cabbage
1 c. sliced cauliflowerets
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
2-3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. salt

In bowl, combine chilled vegetables. Mix together remaining ingredients for dressing, stirring to dissolve sugar. Pour over vegetables; toss lightly, trim with green pepper rings. Makes 4-5 servings.
