RED CABBAGE TOSS 
3 c. finely shredded red cabbage
1 c. sliced cauliflowerettes
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
2-3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. salt

In bowl combine chilled vegetables. Mix together ingredients for dressing, stirring to dissolve sugar. Pour over vegetables. Toss lightly. Trim with green pepper rings, if desired. Serves 4 or 5.
