HAMBURGER CHOP SUEY 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. Minute Rice
1 sm. diced onion
1 can La Choy Chop Suey Vegetables

Brown meat and onion in skillet. Add vegetables and simmer about 10 minutes. Prepare rice per the package instructions. Serve meat/vegetable mixture over rice. Add soy sauce for flavoring.
