SHREDDED CABBAGE TOSS 
2 c. crisp shredded cabbage
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 med. onion, sliced
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. white vinegar
3 tbsp. Puritan salad oil
Green pepper

Combine cabbage, parsley and onion; chill. Mix in small bottle or jar with top, the sugar, salt, vinegar and oil. Dissolve sugar by shaking or stirring, pour dressing over vegetables. Toss lightly. Garnish with green pepper sliced into rings.
