DEVILED CHICKEN THIGHS 
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. granulated brown sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs (plain)
3 lb. skinned chicken thighs

Mix first 5 ingredients together in a bowl. Place thighs skinned side up in a baking dish. Brush top and sides with mixture. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes. This recipe can be used for all parts of the chicken (not the feet).

I made this last nite for dinner. Instead of thighs, I cooked boned chicken breasts and it was deliciously wonderful!!! I'm not a fan of mustard. I rarely eat it on my sandwiches but I gotta admit this is the best way I had ever tried it. Thanks for sharing this recipe with us, the family loved it, including my picky husband lol.
