HITACHI CABBAGE 
1 lb. ground meat, uncooked
1 lb. smoked sausage
1 med. head cabbage
1 med. chopped onion
1 med. chopped bell pepper
Onion tops and parsley (optional)
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1/2 c. raw rice
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1 tbsp. Lea & Perrin's

Slice sausage and mix all ingredients well. Season with salt and a little pepper. Put into Hitachi but do not pack. Cook and let set about 20 minutes after cook button goes off.
