CABBAGE HITACHI 
1 head cabbage, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 lb. hot smoked sausage, sliced
1 c. rice, raw

Mix all ingredients in the rice cooker. (No salt is needed.) Cook, do not open until done. Set for 30 minutes before serving.
