SUGARLESS CARROT BARS | |
2 eggs 1 1/2 tbsp. Liquid Artificial Sweetener (30 pkgs 3 pkgs. sugar substitute) 3/4 c. cooking oil 1 c. sliced raw carrots 1 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped nuts In blender, combine eggs, sweetener, oil, and carrots; blend thoroughly. Pour into mixing bowl and add flour, cinnamon, soda, salt, and nuts. Pour into greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. |
