CARROTS BARS | |
3 eggs 1 3/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. salad oil 3 (6 oz.) jars carrots, baby food 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 4 tbsp. butter 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla Beat eggs and sugar together well. Add salad oil and beat. Add carrots and mix well. Sift dry ingredients, flour, soda, salt and cinnamon and add. Mix well. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees in jelly roll type pan. Cool. Frost. FROSTING: Mix butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla together well. |
