“SPINACH CASSEROLE” IS IN:

SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz. ea.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach (defrosted, drained & patted dry)
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 (16 oz.) tub dairy sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine defrosted and dried chopped spinach, onion soup mix and dairy sour cream. Mix well. Pour into greased 9x9-inch casserole dish.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Add Mozzarella cheese over top of casserole. Bake a few more minutes until cheese is completely melted.

Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
