These Cookies did not set but they made a wonderful little "Mr. Hankey". The nuts added a special touch. Still tasted good.

These cookies set for me and were pretty good. I've never made no bakes, I've only eaten my Mom's and watched her make them. I didn't have nuts, so I couldn't add them...but what a nice touch with the vanilla and coconut. I've never had them this way. ~Enjoy~

I have found that these cookies are temperamental, depending on the humidity and dampness outside.

Change boiling time to 1.5 minutes and will set up very nicely.

One of the things I love about this is you can vary it to taste! I prefer a heaping 1/4 c cocoa and a bit more extra chunky peanut butter. I prefer old fashioned oats for the texture. And I sprinkled coarse kosher salt over the tops before they SET!
