MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE PIE 
3 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
6 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa

Mix all dry ingredients together. Add milk and eggs. Cook 3 minutes in microwave. Take out and stir. Repeat 3 more minutes and if it is not thick enough cook at 1 minute intervals until it is thick. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/4 stick butter and mix in. Put in baked pie shell.

MERINGUE:

3 egg whites

Add 1 tablespoon water. Beat until fluffy. Gradually add 6 tablespoons sugar and beat until stiff. Bake meringue.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
