SHEDAKERS SUPERB UPSIDE-DOWN
MEAT PIE (Microwave)
 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup (or tomato rice)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1/2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas (1 c.) or (mixed vegetables)
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese or shredded process cheese (Velveeta)
Paprika

Crumble hamburger into 2 quart casserole, about 9 inches in diameter; add celery and onion. Microwave uncovered on high (100%) until meat is firm, 5 to 6 minutes. Stir to break up meat; drain.

Stir in soup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, eggs and frozen peas. Cover and microwave 5 minutes; stir. Microwave uncovered until hot and bubbly, about 3 minutes.

Mix Bisquick, water and cheese. (These 3 ingredients can be doubled if using a larger casserole dish. Spreads better and gives more dough topping. Cook 3 to 5 minutes.) Spoon onto hot meat mixture, spreading to cover. Sprinkle with paprika. Microwave uncovered 3 minutes; turn casserole one-quarter turn. Microwave until topping is no longer doughy, 2 to 3 minutes. Spoon or cut into wedges and invert onto plates. 5 to 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
