MEATBALLS OR MEATLOAF 
3 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1-2 eggs
1 can vegetarian vegetable soup, undiluted
1/4-1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 grated raw potato (add this last)
Enough seasoned bread crumbs to make meatballs form easily.

Bake at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
