MEATLOAF WITH MIXED VEGETABLES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. sized onion, chopped
2 slices bread, crumbled and seasoned
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. water
1 can mixed vegetables and juice

Mix ground beef, onion, and bread crumbs. Place in large casserole. Spread mixed vegetables over meatloaf. Mix mushrooms, chicken soup, water, and juice from vegetables. Spread mixture over the meatloaf. Cover and bake at 350 degrees.
