SMOKED SALMON ASPARAGUS QUICHE 
1 pastry crust (homemade, box or pre-made)
1 package smoked salmon
1 small bundle steamed asparagus tips
1/2 cup chopped onion (green or yellow)
8 beaten eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup half and half
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Place pastry in quiche dish. Spread shredded (chunky) salmon, asparagus, onion, and half of the cheese in dish. In a large bowl beat eggs add creams and milk, salt (optional) pepper, mix well. Pour over items in dish, cover with remaining cheese.

Bake in oven at 350°F until knife comes out the center clean.

Dish goes well with fresh fruit on the side.
